Listening to BIPOC/PGM Network Members

Updated: Mar 16, 2023

The Farm-Based Education Network BIPOC/people of the global majority into a listening process to share your thoughts about future offerings to support you. This listening is in partnership with Richael Faithful (they/them), a folk healing artist, who has hosted spaces with FBEN since 2019. In 2022, Richael hosted the 6-part healing-focused series centered the reclamation of, and reconnection with, our bodies, our places, our ancestors, our beyond-human kin, our cosmologies, and each other through the mirror of nature.

At this time, we're pausing together to deeply listen for how FBEN can be most supportive to BIPOC/people of the global majority working in food/farm/garden/land education. This form of listening is the first relational step in understanding if or what we create later in the year.
